Abigail is an experienced professional having worked for 10 years in both consulting and in-house roles. She has spent her career working with global businesses on the issues at the leading edge of the transformation and innovation agendas and is passionate about using behaviours and culture as tools to drive commercial performance. She has worked at all levels of the organisation, from Executive team articulation of strategic direction, to mobilising front line teams to make real change happen.
